Learning about the planned network is different from reviewing an account transaction. These questions explain both, with the context kept close to the answer.
Project & technology
Why build QuantumChain?
The ambition is to connect payments, assets, institutional controls and verifiable records in one coherent architecture. Merchant and payment-provider workflows are the first commercial focus, with banking and sovereign use cases forming a broader delivery direction. Useful infrastructure and a credible security transition matter more than adding another token.
Who are the banking and payment solutions intended for?
The drafts cover central banks, private and public banks, financial organizations, merchants, payment service providers (PSPs) and payment-system operators (PSOs). They describe different operating models, not existing clients or regulatory approvals. The About guide explains their roles and proposed workflows.
Does QuantumChain run on quantum computers?
No such capability is claimed. Quantum readiness here means planning for post-quantum cryptography on conventional computers, with hybrid migration, key rotation and compatible operations. It is not quantum hardware, and the project name is not proof of security.
Why plan for a future quantum threat now?
Cryptographic transitions take planning across software, keys and operations. QuantumChain’s architecture includes versioned signature families and migration paths so future changes can be handled deliberately. The Technology guide explains the broader threat with links to NIST and NCCoE background material.
Is every deployment fully decentralized and permissionless?
No. The drafts distinguish public-curated validator admission, sovereign permissioned networks, institutional consortiums and cross-border domains. Distributed validation and governance authority are different questions. Actual operator diversity and governance rules need deployment evidence.
Are low fees or the strongest security guaranteed?
No. Economical, predictable payments and high-assurance security are design goals. Actual fees require published parameters and measurements; security requires implementation testing, review and ongoing operations. No fixed network fee, unhackable system or most-secure ranking is established here.
What is QuantumChain being built for?
QuantumChain is developing an architecture for digital payments, assets and verifiable records. The proposed first commercial focus is merchant and payment-provider workflows, with broader institutional use cases later in the delivery plan.
What should the technology make easier for everyday users?
The intended experience helps you review a payment before approving it, understand its settlement status and keep a useful receipt. For businesses, the same connected records could support invoices, reconciliation and refund handling. These are planned network capabilities, not a claim that live payment integrations are available today.
Does the account platform mean the custom chain is live?
No. The account application and the planned custom network are separate delivery efforts. QTCN currently uses internal accounting. Network launch, external delivery and operational readiness require their own confirmed milestones.
Is submitting a payment the same as settling it?
A submitted request still needs validation and agreement under the network rules. Finality describes the point at which the protocol treats the result as settled. The Technology guide illustrates that proposed lifecycle.
Packages
Can I own more than one entry?
Yes. Each package purchase creates its own entry and board view. You can open each entry separately from My packages.
Can I buy directly into a higher pool?
New purchases enter Pool 1. Higher pools accept qualifying entries according to the saved package rules and admission order.
Where can I see earlier pools?
Open your purchased entry, then choose an earlier reached pool from History. Return to the current pool to resume your current board.
Why is a completion reward pending?
Open the reward’s condition details. A completion reward can remain pending until its cumulative personal-referral target is met, including after advancement when the package allows it.
Account
Why do I need to verify my email?
Email verification confirms access to your account email. Follow the verification link sent during registration, or request another verification email from the sign-in pages.
Where do I manage account security?
Open Security in your account to manage your password and authenticator. Save recovery codes securely when they are issued so you can recover access if you lose your authenticator.
Is my affiliate link the same as a package reference?
Your account affiliate link connects registrations to your account network. A package reference identifies one purchased entry and its available Pool 1 positions. They serve separate purposes.
QTCN
Does my quote last for the whole sale stage?
No. A stage and a quote have separate lifetimes. Check the expiry on your own quote. When it expires, a new quote may use different published terms or availability.
Does reaching a holding date automatically release QTCN?
No. Holding eligibility and release execution are separate. The applicable listing, authorization and schedule conditions must also be met. Check your purchase terms and confirmed release history.
Is a QTCN allocation the same as USDT?
No. QTCN allocation records, token delivery and your USDT balance are distinct. An allocation record alone does not confirm delivery to an external wallet.
Where will sale prices and stages appear?
Stage prices, dates and availability will appear in the sale information when published. Refer to the terms displayed for the specific purchase before confirming it.
